Mutuals is operated by Colin Petty Solutions LLC. Using it means accepting what is below. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

What the service does

You name companies you want to reach. Mutuals searches public X profiles for people who appear to work there, scores them by how likely they are to be useful and reachable, suggests an approach, and drafts messages you can edit. You send those messages yourself, from your own X account.

What it will not do

Mutuals never sends messages, follows, likes or posts as you. Every outbound action is yours, taken deliberately. Do not expect automation of outreach; it does not exist here and will not be added.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you send. Read every draft before it goes out. They are generated from public profile text and can be wrong.
• Follow X's rules. Sending unsolicited bulk messages can get your account limited or suspended, and that is between you and X.
• Do not use Mutuals to harass anyone, to scrape at volume, or to build datasets about people outside the purpose of your own outreach.
• Keep your account to yourself. Anything done through your session is treated as done by you.

Credits and payment

• Credits are bought in packs and spent when a campaign is searched or a path is looked up. Searching a campaign you already paid for is free.
• Credits do not expire while the service is running, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
• If something goes wrong on our side and a credit is spent without you getting the result, tell us and we will restore it.
• Refunds: if the product does not do what this page says, email within 14 days of buying and we will refund the unused portion.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you a referral, a reply, an introduction, a meeting or a job. Mutuals finds people and helps you decide what to say. Whether anyone answers is not something any tool controls.

We also do not promise that the people we surface actually work where their profile says. Employment is inferred from public bios and verification badges, both of which go out of date. Check before you write.

Beta

Mutuals is in beta and provided as is. Features change, data may be reset, and there will be bugs. If a change would delete your campaigns we will tell you first.

Availability and ending things

You can stop using Mutuals whenever you like and disconnect X from the header. We can suspend an account that is being used to harass people or to abuse the X API, and in that case we will refund unused credits.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Colin Petty Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using Mutuals, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
